4. I indemnify HIPA against all costs, claims, expenses and liabilities ( inclucding and without limitation any legal fees and/or sums paid to the advice of counsel ) resulting from any breach by me of the terms of this letter or any licence,permission or approval granted pursuant to this letter.

This letter shall be governed by and construed in
Accordance with the laws of Dubai and the applicable
Federal laws of the United Arap Emirates, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
