Position the pointer at the left bottom side of the gradient rectangle using Zoom and Nudge or the Align tool.
Double click on the Pointer Symbol to open the Symbol Properties form.
Click on the Slider Tab, then click on the Vertical Tab on the right-hand side. The most common mistake made in
this tutorial is configuring a Horizontal Slider instead of a vertical one. Make sure you select the Vertical tab on
