This letter agreement and the obligations herein shall terminate three (3) years from the date hereof.

Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing by signing one copy of this letter agreement and returning it (by mail, by facsimile transmission, or by any other form of delivery) to the undersigned, whereupon this letter agreement shall become a binding agreement between KH and ASA.
