this agreement shall come into force from September 1, 2014 and shall remain in effect for one year the reafter. However, when there is no offer from either about the end of the contract within 30 days before expiration, this agreement shall be automatically extended for one year. Also, if it is necessary to terminate the contract within the validity period shall be discussed separately.
