• JGCS approved JSA’s shall be attached to all PTW’s and checked that they address the tasks hazards mentioned before being authorized by the Permit Issuer.
• Where the impact of any works cross into another area of responsibility, this shall be communicated at a meeting conducted by the Permit Approver/Authorizer and corresponding JSA shall be reviewed respectively.
• If case of Interface work activities, the zone managers should discuss and prioritize the conflicting work activities. Planning in advance for such activities is required to make sure all hazards are minimized and controlled and this should be communicated to affected subcontractors.
