if buyer elects to grant seller add

if buyer elects to grant seller additional time within which to deliver the Wood pellet, Seller shall deliver the Wood Pellet within such period and shall pay buyer liquidated damages for the total period of delay
if seller fails to deliver the wood pellet within th extension period, buyer shall have the right to terminate or cancel the contract without further liability, holding seller responsible for all resulting damages

arbitrtion
all dis putes in conection with this contract thereof shall be amicably settled through con sultation.

nếu người mua chọn việc cấp bán thêm thời gian trong đó cung cấp các miếng gỗ, người bán sẽ cung cấp những Pellet Gỗ trong thời hạn đó và phải trả người mua thường thiệt hại cho tổng thời gian của sự chậm trễ
