The seller and the buyer shall each be responsible for all banking charges imposed by the bank or any financial institution for their respective countries.
All expenses related to any prolongation and other amendments of L/C shall be borne by the requesting party. These amendments must be informed and approved by the buyer in writing
Shipping term
Notice of shipment: the seller will send by email or fax shipping advice to the buyer within 03 days from date of shipment with the details as follows:
Contract number
Description, quantity of goods
Total value
Date of shipment
Estimated time of arrival at Hồ Chi Minh city port, Vietnam
Number of cases; total Gross/ net weight and measurement
Number of B/L and schedule of shipment
