2Go to your Blogger account and find the blog you want to install IntenseDebate on in your blogs list, click the down arrow, then click Template.

3Click Backup/Restore in the top-right of the screen.

4Click Download Full Template and save the file somewhere convenient, such as your Desktop.

5Select the file on your harddrive by clicking "Browse/Choose File" below:
