Have a problem that I am extremely concerned and will affect the product and brand in Vietnam. it affects directly to my work. It's service after sale of air compressor and it's also the reason why it is difficult to sell the large capacity air compressor in Vietnam. BLM in Vietnam is very interested in the work to bark to big repair air compressor and charge very high prices to sell then brought in for subcontracting contract withdrawals made for personal gain. I've investigated with customers and see the subcontracting contract the client confirms that the work that does not involve subcontracting agreements. If you don't believe can open the investigation is going to clear up. that's why customers complain about repair service prices too high so it affects the decision to buy a new air compressor . I lost the lost some orders.
