Licence agreement for the pneumatic tube system AC 3000

The software on the disks are property of Aerocom GmbH & Co. and thus copyright protected. The software
must not be dicompiled, disassemble, tranferred or precisely reproduced. The use of the software is allowed
only in agreement with the following licence conditions:

1. The software is to be installed on one computer only. Multi installation is not permitted.
2. It is not permitted that the software is made available in an EDP service center, carrier network, multi-
CPU-systems or multi-user-system when the user does not posses individual licence agrements with
Aerocom.
3. It is permitted to copy the software for security purposes only.
4. It is not permitted, to handle the software in the following methods: to lend to a third party, to sell, to
pawn, to divide or made availabe in any another form.
5. The installation instruction, the program description, the application description must neither be
completely nor partly copied without a written agreement from Aerocom GmbH & Co.
6. The software is to be used for the pneumatic tube systems of Aerocom GmbH & Co. only.

Guarantee
The software and the written documents are being handed over without any guarantee on a specific funtion.
Aerocom does not guarantee that the material corresponds to any specific expectations. Subject to changes
on the software as well as in this publication without prior notice.
