I am running iOS 8.1 on an iPhone 5. I was trying to get myself unbanned from a server-sided game using a technique that I found an a website. I copied the keychain-2.db file from /Library/Keychain to my desktop and used DB Browser for SQLite to access the file and run the code to remove a certain entry from the file. Then I copied the keychain-2.db file back to the directory, replaced, and rebooted.
When my phone turned on, all the password were gone and I had to put the password for my iCloud account and mail accounts. But another issue is that all the apps like Snapchat, show this popup where it says "Connect with iTunes to receive push notifications"
I tried to replace the original copy of the keychain file back to the directory but the issue is still there. Is it a permission problem? Also, on that directory now there is an extra file called keychain-2.db-corrupted

I actually think I know what the problem is. Add .old to keychain-2.db-wal and keychain-2.db-shm so they look like this:
keychain-2.db-wal.old
keychain-2.db-shm.old
Those are the index files for keychain-2.db and when you added your modified one, the index files were invalidated.
Now you want to download SQLite 3 from Cydia. Once that's installed, open a Terminal in /var/Keychains
Now run this command:
sqlite3 keychains-2.db .dump>/dev/null.
This will reindex keychains-2.db and recreate keychains-2.db.shm and keychains-2.db-wal.
