speciesweredissectedusingcleanequipmentandputseparatelyin
petridishes'andtransferredintoanovensetto70°Ctodry.Drying
continueduntilallthewettissuesreachedtoaconstantweight.Dry
samples(triplicateeach0.4g).wer eputintodigestionflasksfollowed
byadditionof8mlnitricacid(Mejck),3mlperchloricacidand
heatedat80°G:untilallth ematerialswere,dissolved.Afterdigestion,
