Foreword
This European Standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 104 "Concrete and related products",
the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard supersedes ENV 206:1990.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or
by endorsement, at the latest by June 2001, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by
December 2003.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the following
countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland,
France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland and the United Kingdom
This Standard together with parts of ENV 13670-1 (Execution of concrete structures) supersedes the European Pre-
standard ENV 206 : 1990 "Concrete - Performance, production, placing and compliance criteria" which was the basis
for the preparation of this standard.
In particular, the following items were subject to revision when preparing this standard:
– extension of the classification system for concrete especially with respect to environmental conditions;
– requirements for durability;
– extension of strength classes;
– strength classes for light-weight concrete;
– consideration of additions in the determination of the w/c ratio and the cement content;
– identification of division of technical responsibility between the specifier, producer and user;
– reconsideration of accuracy of weighing equipment;
– reconsideration of curing requirements;
– provisions for conformity control, conformity criteria and identity testing;
– provisions for the evaluation of conformity.
Aspects relating to the execution have, in general, been moved to ENV 13670-1 or other relevant standards.
The context in which this Standard functions is illustrated in Figure 1.
This Standard is only operable with product standards or equivalent specifications for constituent materials (i. e.
cement, aggregates, additions, admixtures and mixing water) and related test methods for concrete. Product
standards and test method standards are under preparation by CEN but they will not all be available as European
Standards at the date of publication of this Standard. For this reason, the latest date of withdrawal of national
standards (dow) conflicting with this Standard will be the date when all standards listed below, together with the
related standards for test methods, are available and implemented as European Standards or ISO Standards where
appropriate or have the status required by this Standard.

ENV tiêu chuẩn 206: 1990 "Bê tông - Hiệu suất, sản xuất, việc đặt và tiêu chí tuân thủ" đó là cơ sở
. cho việc chuẩn bị các tiêu chuẩn này
Đặc biệt , các mục sau đây là đối tượng điều chỉnh khi chuẩn bị tiêu chuẩn này:
- mở rộng hệ thống phân loại cho bê tông đặc biệt là đối với các điều kiện môi trường có;
- Các yêu cầu về độ bền;
- phần mở rộng của lớp học mạnh;
- lớp cường cho bê tông nhẹ;
- xem xét các bổ sung trong việc xác định w / c tỷ lệ và hàm lượng xi măng;
- xác định phân chia trách nhiệm kỹ thuật giữa các đặc tả này, nhà sản xuất và người sử dụng;
- xem xét lại tính chính xác của trọng lượng thiết bị;
- xem xét lại các yêu cầu bảo dưỡng;
- quy định để kiểm soát phù hợp , tiêu chí phù hợp và kiểm tra nhân dạng;
-. quy định cho việc đánh giá sự phù hợp
các khía cạnh liên quan đến việc thực hiện đã, nói chung, được chuyển đến ENV 13670-1 hoặc các tiêu chuẩn khác có liên quan.
Các bối cảnh trong đó các chức năng tiêu chuẩn này được minh họa trong hình 1.
Tiêu chuẩn này chỉ có thể hoạt động với tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm hoặc thông số kỹ thuật tương đương với thành phần nguyên liệu (ví dụ như
xi măng, cốt liệu, bổ sung, phụ gia và nước trộn) và phương pháp thử nghiệm liên quan cho bê tông. Sản phẩm
tiêu chuẩn và tiêu chuẩn phương pháp thử nghiệm đang được chuẩn bị bởi CEN nhưng họ sẽ không phải tất cả có sẵn như châu Âu
