All ground excavations and penetrations over 300mm in depth or where circumstances may
place a person, services or equipment at risk, must comply with this procedure. An Excavation
Permit shall be submitted to the CONTRACTOR Construction Manager or nominee for
authorization prior to commencement of intended works.
All Permits issued shall be recorded, refer to CONTRACTOR’s Permit To Work Procedure (
S-000-1654-0200V). When Permits are relinquished / closed, the Permit Register will be updated
by the CONTRACTOR to show the closure of the Permit.
A minimum, of 48 hours’ notice (See Note) is required from the Subcontractor together with
marked up drawing/plan of the intended excavation. All Excavation Permit applications are to be
forwarded to the CONTRACTOR Construction Manager on the approved CONTRACTOR PTW

Giấy phép được nộp cho Giám đốc THẦU Xây dựng hoặc đề cử cho
phép trước khi bắt đầu công việc dự định.
Tất cả các giấy phép phát hành sẽ được ghi lại, hãy tham khảo Giấy phép THẦU của Để làm việc Thủ tục (
S-000-1654-0200V). Khi Giấy phép bị từ bỏ / đóng cửa, Giấy phép Đăng ký sẽ được cập nhật
bởi các THẦU hiện việc đóng cửa của Giấy phép.
Một tối thiểu, thông báo 48 giờ '(Xem Ghi chú) được yêu cầu từ các nhà thầu phụ cùng với
đánh dấu lên bản vẽ / kế hoạch của khai quật dự định. Tất cả các ứng dụng khai quật Giấy phép sẽ được
chuyển tiếp đến quản lý THẦU Xây dựng trên THẦU phê duyệt PTW
