2.2 Application to Components, Devices, Materials, etc. (Components, devices, materials, etc. delivered to the Panasonic Group)
This rule applies to the components, materials, and other items used for the products mentioned in Section 2.1 Application above.
(1) Components/materials (including electrical components, mechanical components, electro-mechanical components, semiconductors, printed circuit boards,enclosure
components, and packaging materials/components for shipping products by the Panasonic Group)
(2) Assembled components such as functional unit/module/board as semblies
(3) Accessories (for using products such as remote controls,AC adaptors, etc.)
(4) Auxiliary materials, etc. (tape, solder material, adhesive,etc.)
(5) Operating instructions,warranty certificates,other printed matters enclosed in products
(6) Spare parts for repair
(7) Components and materials for sales promotion (e.g. labels)
(8) Packaging materials used for transport/protection by suppliers of components, devices, materials, etc. (if there is no possibility of transfer or contamination of the subject substance even after direct contact with the components, devices, materials, etc., the substance is not subject to these Guidelines.)

2.2 Áp dụng đối với các thành phần, thiết bị, vật liệu, vv (Linh kiện, thiết bị, vật liệu, vv giao cho Tập đoàn Panasonic)
Quy tắc này áp dụng cho các thành phần, nguyên liệu, và các mặt hàng khác được sử dụng cho các sản phẩm nêu ở mục 2.1 ứng dụng ở trên.
( 1) thành phần / nguyên liệu (bao gồm các thành phần điện, linh kiện cơ khí, linh kiện cơ điện, chất bán dẫn, bảng mạch in, bao vây
các thành phần, và vật liệu đóng gói / linh kiện cho vận chuyển sản phẩm của Tập đoàn Panasonic)
(2) lắp ráp các thành phần như đơn vị chức năng / module / hội đồng quản trị như semblies
(3) Phụ kiện (để sử dụng các sản phẩm như điều khiển từ xa, AC adapter, vv)
(4) vật liệu phụ trợ, vv (băng, vật liệu hàn, keo, vv.)
(5) hướng dẫn điều hành, bảo hành chứng chỉ, các ấn phẩm khác kèm theo trong sản phẩm
(6) phụ tùng để sửa chữa
(7) linh kiện và vật tư cho xúc tiến bán hàng (ví dụ như nhãn)
(8) Vật liệu đóng gói được sử dụng để vận chuyển / bảo vệ bởi các nhà cung cấp linh kiện, thiết bị, vật liệu, vv ( nếu không có khả năng chuyển nhượng hoặc ô nhiễm của các chất đối tượng ngay cả sau khi tiếp xúc trực tiếp với các thành phần, thiết bị, vật liệu, vv, các chất không phụ thuộc vào Hướng dẫn này.)
