8. Repayments
8.1. Each repayment to the Lender shall occur in Euro to the account of the Lender at the location as determined by the Lender. Central European Time or at the following working day if the due date falls on a public holiday at the payment location of the Lender.
8.2. The Lender grants to the Borrower the right to perform unscheduled repayments which reduce the loan period corresponding with these unscheduled payments.
8.3. Any payment to be made to the Lender shall be paid completely, without any deductions or retains of amounts or the retention of amounts like taxes or counterclaims of any kind.
In case that the Borrower is obligated by law to perform such deductions or to retain monetary amounts, he shall immediately pay the deriving shortfalls so that the Lender receives the complete due amount.
8.4. The terms "tax" or "taxes" as used in this Article 8 comprise all customs charges, claims, surcharges, monetary detours, retentions, and all limitations or regulations as a consequence of an imposed claim by a territorial authority or organisation or member of an administrative body or tax authority or of another country or organisation.
The Lender however is not aware of an existing deduction at the time of the completion of this contract or is not aware that such deductions are in preparation.
