I hope you enjoyed ABA Film 1 and that you managed to understand it all without subtitles ☺ You’ve now met Karen and Paul! What a beautiful beach, right?



Now it’s time to move on to section 2: “Speak”.



Speak



This section is very important because it allows you to understand, absorb and practise the grammatical structures and the vocabulary introduced in the situation of the introductory ABA Film.

I’ll explain what it consists of!

You will record and study the sentences from the ABA Film. You will do the Listen-Record-Compare (LRC®) exercise with each sentence; this consists of recording the sentence and comparing your English with that of the native actor/actress until you achieve excellent English pronunciation and intonation.

Moreover, you will study the dialogue and see its vocabulary and phrases in other contexts.
