1. Please separate Quotation for Construction only (including , leveling up, piles, Civil, steel) and also including construction, Electrical works, mechanical works and PCCC.
2. We need to get your estimation to see the possibility to meet our target amount of 8,100,000USD by this week. After that, we can send you the full details with CAD drawings.
3. As I mentioned yesterday, we do not have structural drawings at the moment... as our designs have changed for many times. Please estimate based on your suggestions with Numbers of PHC piles , test piles & Loading test and also standard of weight for each buildings’ area.
- Please remind that basement floor of main building was deleted.
4. Parking area (8100M2) also do not have detailed drawings, please add your suggestions (Roof, ground, M&E and also firefighting) complied with Vietnam regulations.

5. M&E and PCCC, firefighting drawings are not yet prepared because of the same reasons. Please include all the M&E . Some issues are mentioned as below.
- Mater Electric line : 2000KVA (including 1000+1000 with transformers and input construction from VEN)
- Lift (Passengers’ lift 1000k in the main building, Cargo lifts in Main and C building : hoist type including box, rails, auto stop... etc. – All MITSUBISHI brands
- Roof type mushroom exhaust fans : Kruger brand (A,B,C factory) -385000 CMH
- Wall type exhaust fans : Kruger brand (1st FL back of Main building ) – 21000CMH
- Ceiling fans on the canteen Floor (main building)
- Booster pumps and other pumps (Japan Ebara brand / or Grundfos)
- Air pips system (A,B,C and 1st FL of main building), Air-compressor MCs are excluded.
- Including lighting system but working direct lighting of A,B,C factories and special line in the main building are excluded.
- Including generator rooms but excluding the generator machines.
- Air conditioning system in all offices and R&D . (System air-con in the 1st FL of the main building covering office and R&D with EAU 1000CMH.
- Adding Air conditioning system in dormitory and office part of 2nd FL in the main building.
6. Garbage’s’ collecting house and wastewater treatment system underground tank (500CBM ) are missing on the drawing, please add on the quotation.
7. Underground water tank (Tab water/ rain water system) and pumps’ rooms, maintenance manholes... in main building. , Emergency firefighting water tank (800CBM) underground near the main gate.
8. Including gardening (Grass, Grass blocks, palm trees D 10cm or more )
9. Maintenance walks on the roof in A,B,C buildings ( Catwalks )
10. Current level of the site is 1800 (Compactness 0.85) . – you can go and check.
11. Temporally works , electric power, loads, office .... are already installed. Please include this cost to be settled and paid from the total contract amount.
Test piles and loading test cost also to be settled and paid from the total contract amount
12. Including all the license and cost (both official and not official )
13. 5% detention month for repair (3years), Penalty for delay 0.1% per day.
14. Construction period is 11 month from paying the deposit of the contract (30%)
15. B factory building will be separated and start 2 years later from the paying the deposit money.
