accrues daily from (but excluding)

accrues daily from (but excluding) the date when the amount becomes due
for payment until (and including) the date it is paid in full and is calculated
on actual days elapsed and a year of 365 days; and

is calculated on daily balances at the rate specified in Schedule 5 to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (or such schedule or provision which replaces that Schedule) applicable as at the date on which the relevant interest under this deed begins to accrue; and
