The Couplets is are hung at the doors and the colorful lanterns is are hung at gates of the house. People usually watch television until the last minutes . They watch the comics and the music shows on TV.

In the last day of old year, family members gather to make Banh Chung and Banh Tet and enjoy last minutes. Banh Chung and Banh Tet are put in the alter Altar to worship an their ancestors .Nowadays (Chú ý Nowadays mới là phó từ, còn nowaday là tính từ nhé) , the fireworks is are forbidden in Vietnam (fireworks luôn luôn số nhiều mà sao dùng is được) . However, there are is a show of fireworks in the center of big cities. When you take a walk in on the streets, you will see the scrolls in shops and houses. Vietnamese people have a hobby, that's shopping to show on Tet days.

People enjoy Tet in many days but the first, the second and the third day are usually important. The childrens are put on beautiful dresses and given a red envelop, maybe it makes them happier and luckier. They're enjoying themselves by their way.
