Article 3. Term

This Agreement shall be effective for a period of one (1) year from the date hereof. However, this Agreement is automatically renewed for another one unless the Party A or the Party B notifies the other Party in written record by three months prior to the expiration, and the same shall apply thereafter. The confidentiality obligations with respect to the Confidential Information disclosed under this Agreement shall be valid for ….years after the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
