These districts support a higher intensity of use consistent with the mixed commercial and residential character of the surrounding neighborhood.Type C districts have a commercial character that supports higher intensity uses and buildings have larger scale. These areas tend to abut residential neighborhoods.Type D districts generally consist of predominately higher intensity, large scale commercial uses that abut commercial areas.
