Article 15. Settlement of disputes

Any dispute arising from or relating to this COntract or the perfromance of this CONtract will be first settled by amicable negotiations between the two aprties. If the dispute cannot ve settled through negotiation, mediation within one (01) month from the occurrence of the dispute or a longer period as agreed by the Parties, such dispute will be settled at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre ( VIAC ) next to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the arbitration rules of the VIAC. The place of arbitration fees and other related charges will be borne by the losing Party unless otherwise agreed.

Điều 15. Giải quyết tranh chấp Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến hợp đồng này hoặc các perfromance của hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết đầu tiên của thương lượng giữa hai aprties. Nếu tranh chấp không thể đã giải quyết thông qua thương lượng, hòa giải trong vòng một (01) tháng kể từ ngày xảy ra tranh chấp hoặc một khoảng thời gian dài theo thỏa thuận của các bên, tranh chấp đó sẽ được giải quyết tại Trung tâm Việt Nam Trọng tài Quốc tế (VIAC) bên cạnh Việt Nam Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp theo các quy tắc trọng tài của VIAC. Nơi phí trọng tài và các chi phí liên quan sẽ do bên thua trừ khi có thoả thuận khác.
