article 03: Visa formalities
at least 14 days befor the group arrival in Vietnam, the Sender will notify the Receiver and simultaneously the Vietnam Embassy in the country concerned the groups name list by telex, fax of letter with the following details:
-Name in full
-Date and place of birth
-Nationality
-Present occupation
-Passport number
Five days at least, after recieving the group name list with complete details, the receiver will telex of fax the result of the enty visa ti the sender. The sender will contact Vietnam embassy in the country concerned to get visa and confirming to the receiver with the number of tourist, number of rooms, date of arrival and flight number of the group to and from Vietnam

Điều 03: Thủ tục Visa
ít nhất 14 ngày trước khi lên sự xuất hiện của nhóm tại Việt Nam, người gửi sẽ thông báo cho người nhận và đồng thời Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại nước có liên quan vào danh sách nhóm tên bằng telex, fax của lá thư với các chi tiết sau đây:
-Tên đầy đủ
-Date và nơi sinh
-Nationality
-Present chiếm đóng
-Passport số
Năm ngày ít nhất, sau khi recieving nhóm danh sách tên với đầy đủ chi tiết, người nhận sẽ telex của fax kết quả của visa enty ti người gửi. Người gửi sẽ liên hệ với Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại nước có liên quan để có được thị thực và xác nhận cho người nhận với số lượng khách du lịch, số phòng, ngày chuyến bay đến và số lượng của nhóm đến và đi từ Việt Nam
