We paid extra for the breakfast option and found the staff did not understand our simple requests in English - We also found that on the first 2 days the staff would come by and regularly remove our dishes and would ask to refill our coffee after the 2nd day I was a pro at getting my own from the machine and placing my dishes on an empty table. 3. the biggest irritant to me personally was the staff consistently counting the number of plates or glasses we had in the room - we would go out a night and by fresh fruit - get a plate and knife from the service staff and when we asked the following night they would tell us we had X in the room when in fact the maids had already taken it during the day.
