This Amendment is made and taken in to effect on this day of 28th August , 2015 by and between:
- Based on Contract No. 23/HD2015/ PSM-DQS dated 14/07/2015 between CHI NHANH TONG CONG TY CO PHAN VAN TAI DAU KHI (PSM ) (Owner Manager) and DUNG QUAT SHIPBUILDING INDUSTRY COMPANY. LTD (The Contractor).
- Based on repairing progress of the project, both parties agree the following changes:
1. Both parties argreed to extend the delivery time of the vessel to 12th September 2015 basing on agreed quantities and scope of works in attachment no. 1 of this amendment. Any other araising scope of work after the date of signing this amendment will be finalized by both parties for time and cost impact.
2. The value of araising scope of work shall be set forth attachement no. 1 hereof.
3. Both parties agreed to revise payment terms as following
1st installment: 70% of contract value shall be settled to the Contractor’s account by T/T after signing of Protocol of work completion upon delivery of vessel.
2nd installment: balance contract value shall be settled to the Contractor’s account by T/T within ninety (90) days from delivery date.
4. All other terms and conditions shall be in accordance with Contract No. 23/HD2015/PSM-DQS between both Parties.
5. This Appendix No…. shall be an integral part of the Contract No. 23/HD2015/ PSM-DQS signed on July 14th 2015 between both parties.
6. This Appendix No…. is made in four (04) originals, in the English language and is duly executed by authorized representatives of both the Owner and the Contractor. Owner shall keep three (03) originals, Contractor shall keep one (01) original
