Thank you so much for your elaborate and kind explanation on this! And your adivce on my inquires was super helpful! In fact, I was also contacting a Japanese broker for this property, but it should be awful as they seemed to scam me; I mean, they actually required around 100 million VDN as a brokage as well as around 50 million VDN as a deposit, and they claimed that around 90% of the price should be paid in advance... Forutnately, I had a good Vietnamese friend of mine and he advised me to contact a developer directly rather than brokers, and it seems to be the best way to purchase properties in Vietnam.


Anyway, to answer your question, the property that me and my wife are interested in is A5 or A6, and it seems that there are a couple of A6 ones remaining. Yes, I guess we could have some time on 9 May. The schedule for our trip has slightly changed so we are leaving to Thai on the day, but the flight time is around 5pm, and we will be obviously free before 14pm. (at 14pm we're going to meet a job agent) Hence, it would be very nice if we could have an opportunity to look around the Lavita Garden site before 14pm 9 May if possible.

And here is my schedule:

- We are going to have a trip in Thai, Cambodia and Malaysia until 25 May and am going to move to the Philippines after that to stay there for approx. twelve weeks for my wife's English learning.

- However, basicaly I will not have any solid schedule from 25 May so I guess I will be able to try to get a visitor visa if I need to visit you for this property.


If we would need to be back to Ho Chi Minh earlier because of the 3~5 day rule for deposit or something like that I will seriously consider it, but I would enjoy the rest of the schedule to be honest.
