This Agreement is personal to the Freelancer and no assignment or sub contract is permitted
without the prior written consent of SOL. This Agrecment shall commence from the date
shown below and shall continue indefinitely. Snbject to any other provisions contained in this
Agreement, either party can terminate this Agreement by not less than 10 days notice in
writing to the other. In the event that Freelancer looks to determine the Agreement with less
than 10 days notice SOL reserves the right to claim for damages or other directly related
losses. Clauses 4, 5, 6 and 7 above are continuing obligations and shall continue to apply
notwithstanding the termination of the Agreement

Hiệp định này là cá nhân cho các Freelancer và không chuyển nhượng hoặc hợp đồng phụ được phép
mà không có sự chấp thuận trước bằng văn bản của SOL. Agrecment này sẽ bắt đầu từ ngày
dưới đây và sẽ tiếp tục vô thời hạn. Snbject với bất kỳ điều khoản khác trong này
Hiệp định, hai bên có thể chấm dứt Hiệp định này không ít hơn 10 ngày thông báo trong
văn bản cho người khác. Trong trường hợp Freelancer trông để xác định các Hiệp định với ít
hơn 10 ngày nhận SOL có quyền yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại hoặc khác liên quan trực tiếp
thua lỗ. Các khoản 4, 5, 6 và 7 ở trên đang tiếp tục nghĩa vụ và được tiếp tục áp dụng
bất kể việc chấm dứt Hiệp định
