The Landlord insure all risks insur

The Landlord insure all risks insurance of the building in according with the relevant insurance policy available in Vietnam unless such insurance shall be vitiated by any act of the Tenant or by anyone at the Premises expressly or by implication with the Tenant’s authority in respect of the insured all risks including of fire insured, with the premium insured at reasonable commercial rates, in such insurance office as the Landlord from time to time decides in such sum as the Landlord shall from time to time.
