What is the ending of the light novels like compared to the anime?
I just finished the anime and I feel like something big is missing at the end. Does Kodaka hook up with Sena, what happens with Yozara? I really loved the anime up until the ending of the last episode.

The light novel isn't over, but plenty happened since the part where the Season 2 ending happened.

I'll give you a VERY quick overview of what happens from the end of season 2 until volume 10 of the LN:

Kodaka replies to Sena, saying he loves her too, but that the club is too important to him to risk alienating the other girls by committing to a relationship while it exists. He begs her to wait for him until the club dissolves, and she begrudgingly accepts.
I'd like to point out that, while he says he loves her, his real focus is on how much he loves her tits and how he wants to do every lewd thing possible with her.

Kodaka goes to the fridge for a mid-night snack to notice food missing. Afterwards, he hears running water from his bath, only to discover upon inspection a bathing(/masturbating, but he doesn't know that yet) Yozora. Turns out Kobato brought her in, like a pet, and looks up to her. Kodaka scolds Kobato for bringing unwanted pets into the house, but allows Yozora to stay as a guest for the night.
Yozora returns to the club after her dramatic departing act, and faces the other girls, but it turns into a major pissing contest where they all end up competing over which girl faced the lewdest situation with Kodaka...
Sena - He's spent the night and seen her naked twice

Yukimura - He saw her naked in the baths (Yuki also reveals she heard from Aoi that he'd seen the Student Council undressed as well.)

Maria - Saw his dong in the baths

Kobato - Brags about tuging his dong while bathing with him

Yozora - Reveals he walked in on her masturbating in his shower (wins.)

The major name missing there, Rika, is crushed upon learning that he'd literally been in a perverted situation with everyone but her, while she practically throws herself at him.

Kodaka and Rika spend a lot of time together as friends. They have lunch with each other, which leads to them feeding one another, and spend time thinking of nicknames for each other. It's awesome.
Rika gets hurt when it's revealed Yukimura doesn't think of her as a friend, even though they're both in the Neighbor's Club and are in the same grade.
Yukimura embraces her femininity after befriending Aoi (the girl who hates Sena). This involves her wearing a girls uniform at school, giving back the butler costume to Yozora (seeing as she no longer sees her as an authoritative voice a la her disappearing act), and maxing out her chest size in another game of the Romancing Saga VR game.
The group go to a ski resort or some shit because harem novel which leads to plenty of random things happening. Of those things, it's revealed one of the Student Council members is hella gay for Yozora, and that the leader is Yozora's half-sister. Also, Rika sneaks into the baths while Kodaka's in them and reveals herself to him, also pressing herself against his back, as a kind of "now we're all even" thing.
One of the big things that's supposed to be taken from the volume is that, after her slow decent into depression for the past three volumes, Yozora is finally starting to come back into her own, though she's doing it in a very passive aggressive way for most of this chapter.
After that is volume 10, which only scarce information has been revealed, but enough to list some shit:

Hinata (Yozora's half-sister, Student Council president) has to step down for a while to focus on her grades. Turns out her and Yozora are opposites (Yozora's smart but awful with people, Hinata's great with people but sucks at book learnin') so Yozora fills in for her, and does a really good job.
Sena gets ridiculed by someone in school and Yozora stands up for her. This leads to the two, alone, admitting that they're friends, and deciding to spend Christmas together.
Kodaka takes the fall for something the girls did and gets suspended or some shit, apparently nobody notices/cares.
Yukimura and Kodaka discuss his relationships with the other girls and come to the conclusion that the feelings of friendship he had for Rika were actually of love, and he's retarded. Yukimura then confesses her love to Kodaka, pushing him against a wall and kisses him, asking him to date her.
He says yes and the book ends.
Allegedly the volume ends with saying that the next book would be an epilogue, but until the full thing is translated, there's little to go by.
