as soon as the goods are shipped,the Seller shall send to the Buyer the following documents through special courier so as to reach the Buyer as far as possible ten (10) days before the expected date of arrival of the vessel at the Import Country's Port.
-3 (three) copies of Non-negotiable Bill of Lading
-copies of shipping invoice
-copies of packing list
-copies of freight
