Please submit the following sets of documents in separate envelops to the contact persons at Sending Institution which endorses you. The contact information is listed in ATTACHMENT 2.
Each envelop MUST clearly indicate the set of documents.

Set of documents for 1st priority Host Institution/Field
(Please write down the Name of Host Institution/Field)

2. Host Institution’s Application Form of 1st priority Host Institution

Set of documents for 2nd priority Host Institution/Field
(Please write down the Name of Host Institution/Field)

Remarks: If you do not have 2nd priority Host Institution/Field, it is not necessary to submit for 2nd priority Host Institution/Field.
The Sending Institution will send the complete applications with the endorsement to AUN/SEED-Net, and Host Institution. The contact information is listed in ATTACHMENT 2.
Step 2: Soft Copy
Please submit the following documents directly to AUN/SEED-Net via [e-mail] with subject line "Application: Master’s JFY 2016”.
1. AUN/SEED-Net’s Application Form in Microsoft Excel format
Note: Please DO NOT convert the file into any other file type than Microsoft Excel.
2. Scanned copy of the Endorsement Letter
AUN/SEED-Net ensures the confidentiality of applications. All information of applicants will be purposively distributed to those involved with the scholarships screening process only.
11. Result of Scholarships The announcement of the award of scholarship is made through the Sending Institution of the applicant. The final results will be announced online at http://www.seed-net.org/application_result.html

Ghi chú:. Vui lòng không chuyển đổi các tập tin vào bất kỳ loại tập tin khác với Microsoft Excel
2. Bản sao quét về tờ
Letter. AUN / SEED-Net đảm bảo tính bảo mật của ứng dụng Tất cả các thông tin của ứng viên sẽ được phân phối với mục đích để những người có liên quan với quá trình sàng lọc học bổng chỉ.
11. Kết quả của Học bổng Việc công bố các giải thưởng học bổng được thực hiện thông qua các tổ chức gửi của người nộp đơn Kết quả cuối cùng sẽ được công bố trực tuyến tại http:. //www.seed- net.org/application_result.html
