For example,Red Robin, a chain of 355 restaurants with over20,000 employees, uses social networking to give itsfront-line employees who interact with customersa greater voice in the company. Chris Laping, RedRobin’s CIO and senior vice-president of businesstransformation believed that engaging these workerswould also increase employee loyalty.
