"The quiet summer night was quickly disturbed lastnight, on the 3rd when four cars rapidly sped down Main street. The four were unseen 'import' racers and easily lost several cruisers as theu twisted and swerved in and out of alley ways and streets. After atleast an hour of evading, the Sheriff department finally was able to catch one on a turn. Brandon Kakudo, known as 'BK' was arrested for illegal street racing, evading, fleeing, assault on an officer and was convicted of illegal immigration from Japan."

August 28th, 2010 - SAN Newspaper.
"After the last appearance and arrest of these racers earlier in the month, it seems that our hopes of them being gone has come to an end. Lastnight, speeding around the eastern area of Los Santos - the same grey sultan was picked out from the same group as before. After hours of late night evading, and the PD searching, they couldn't be found. Anyone with information, call crime stoppers."

September 7th, 2010 - Los Santos Times.
"Numerous reports have gone on about sightings of this large group of Japanese street racers, primarily known as the 'Hashiriya'. Hashiriya are a group of Import racers who race and gather in large groups. Almost daily acts have been coming up, sending innocent civilian's vehicles into others, disturbing the peace and so on. Rumors say that the group is from the Little Tokyo area."

September 26th, 2010 - SAN Newspaper.
"Today, the newly built garage located in the eastern side of Little Tokyo was shut down by the Sheriff Department. Days before, 'Daisuke Ishida' was taken into custody upon suspicions being largely involved in the forming group accruing in Little Tokyo. Nothing has been stated yet, PD have scheduled an press conference for a later date.

September 30th, 2010 - Los Santos Times.
"About four members of the growing 'gang' in Little Tokyo were arrested last night after an up-roar with an african-american civilian. The group had dragged the victim into an alley-way where they then proceeded in beating him. After the notice of officers, they fled but only to resort in violence against the officers."

October 13th, 2010 - Los Santos Times.
"Just east of the police department, was the horrific scene of a disgusting act. Seems as a group of young Asians schemed a plot to 'kid nap' a police officer, but the plan was back-fired when more than one officer appeared at the scene. Shots fired and the group of five fled in two tuned sultans. An investigation is linked to the group in Little Tokyo, says the PD. After catching one of the sultans as they stubbornly came back into Little Tokyo, there still is one left. If anyone knows about the where abouts or knows anything about this act, please call crime stoppers."

"Might be one of the many attempts, but its one of the few that have been successful; about an hour ago, nine masked men entered the known Rodeo bank, armed. Demanding cash, they group was in there for about thirty five minutes before making their way to the roof with the bags of money, says the PD. All but three men we're contained and for the other three had fled with just under one million dollars in cash. Officers confirm a lead for the where a bouts of the evaders, but they say it may be days before even coming close. More news will be told at the press release tomorrow morning."
