Individual behavior is affected by many factors in the workplaces and company’s policies. Satisfaction of an individual, culture, structure, and motivation are considered as major elements in the way employees behave to their colleague, enthusiasm and involvement in working.• Stability of the Job: The multidivisional structure as well as role culture brings the employees the feeling of stable in their job. The differences to Google structure and culture are worker take a role in their department which is controlled by division management, and work for a department for a long-term. Samsung use the role culture, which is lack of flexibility, but it’s providing a positive employees in employees loyalty and performance in practice, the culture define a clear level of command flow, encourage workers to have motivation in evolvement, create cohesive workplace relationship and effective communication while employees are working for only one department, contribute and sharing the same interest in the field to their colleagues.• Respect: A good combination of culture and structure is creating individual self-esteem and sense of belongingness, adjust the working environment suitably for oneself attempt to evolve to higher position in organization is an effective way to push the productivity and employees skills in overall .In Samsung, by apply these culture and structure; it’s obvious that these factors will effect on the workers’ perception in self-respect. Time and experience are the elements that employees will seek for in this type of organization. A good leader with his charismatic vision is motivating subordinates, establish a belief to make them put their effort on the task and their self-improvement to extend the opportunities in job advancement, promotion as well as create positive competitive environment.
