6. The Company shall have the right

6. The Company shall have the right to audit all data held anywhere within the Company’s computer system, and to verify the manner of usage of any part of the Company’s computer system.
7. The data held by the Company is proprietary, and must not be removed either temporarily or permanently without the Company's prior instructions.
8. I must not transmit data to unauthorized parties in any form, be it through e-mail, file transmission, disk copy or any other means.

Given the particular importance to the Company of its data and computer operations, I understand that serious and/or repeated violations of any of the rules set out in this Agreement and its attachments may result in termination of employment. I understand the above Rules and Attachment are part of the terms and conditions of my employment and I will adhere strictly thereto.
