A good team can bring a huge profit for Big C through their working. When Big C achieves the goals and objectives, this means that team of Big C have a good effectiveness. It shows that the team is the core component for the existence and success come from the culture of Big C. Besides, Big C encourages and creates the best conditions for employees to increase capacity through education, self-learning and knowledge exchange. Every year, employees are involved in many training programs. In addition, the culture in company is important factor that effect to the performance in employees, the way they work in team. Big C has created all conditions for all employees in each team have a good life, best working environment, rich spirit, from which they can devote to creative work.
