The two parties jointly discuss unification of the economic contract signed with the following terms.
Article I: CONTRACT CONTENT
Party A agrees to party B got construction work class: supplies and installation of systems of water supply and drainage according to categories in the enclosed price list.
ARTICLE II: EXECUTION:
Yen Phong industrial zone, Yen Phong district, BAC Ninh province.
ARTICLE III: THE PROGRESS AND THE WORK COMPLETED
-Start date: month…………..date..........., 2016
-Finish date: month………..date ......, 2016
Article IV: The VALUE And FORM Of PAYMENT:
-The value of the contract before tax is : 78,146,820 VND
-VAT 10% : 8,682,980 VND
-Total contract value : 86,829,800 VND
(In words: eighty six million eight hundred twenty-nine thousand eight hundred dollars.)
-Payment by cash or bank transfer on the company.
-Phase 1: Party A advance 40% of the value of the contract immediately after signing the contract to party B.
-Phase 2: after the party B make 80% of the volume of contract value, then party A payment of 30% of the contract value for the B side.
-Phase 3: payment soon after the Commission has completed the two sides conducted trials and settlement of contracts. Party A payment of 30% of the remaining contract value for the B side.
Article VI: RESPONSIBILITY Of The PARTIES
+ Respon sible A:
-Delivered premises for B constructing, construction design profile.
-Election of officers tracking techniques, monitoring the process of construction and repair to solve the problems arising in the process.
+ Responsible side B:
-Construction plans on the basis of technical design.
-Mobilization of manpower, machinery construction according to the approved plan, ensure the technical requirements.
-Compliance with the safety rules in the labour and ensure environmental hygiene.
Article VII: MATERIAL RESPONSIBILITY In The IMPLEMENTATION Of The CONTRACT:
-If the party performs incorrect according to the contract, not true with agreement on quality, project progress, payment deadlines, the offending party should bear the contractual penalty according to the provisions of the law.
-If the party B construction, repair does not guarantee the technical quality of the work to repair and rebuild.
-Breach of contract of the parties which cause physical damage to the other party, then the offending party should be responsible for the compensation of actual value.
Article VIII: The VALIDITY Of The CONTRACT
The contract established 2 a, each side keep 7 copies of the same legal value
The contract is valid from the date of signing.

Điều IV: gIÁ tRỊ Và hình thức thanh toán:
-Các giá trị hợp đồng trước thuế là: 78.146.820 VND
-VAT 10%: 8.682.980 VND
-Tổng giá trị hợp đồng: 86.829.800 VNĐ
(bằng chữ: 86.829.000 tám trăm đô la.)
-Payment bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản vào công ty.
-Phase 1: Bên A ứng trước 40% giá trị của hợp đồng ngay sau khi ký hợp đồng cho bên B.
-Phase 2: sau khi bên B thực hiện 80% khối lượng của giá trị hợp đồng, sau đó bên A thanh toán 30% giá trị hợp đồng cho bên B.
-Phase 3: thanh toán ngay sau khi Ủy ban đã hoàn thành hai bên đã tiến hành thử nghiệm và quyết toán hợp đồng. Bên A thanh toán 30% giá trị hợp đồng còn lại cho bên B.
Điều VI: TRÁCH NHIỆM Of The BÊN
+ có trách nhiệm A:
. Mặt bằng để xây dựng -Delivered B, hồ sơ thiết kế xây dựng
-Election của cán bộ kỹ thuật theo dõi, giám sát quá trình xây dựng và sửa chữa để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình này.
+ Chịu trách nhiệm bên B:
. -Xây dựng kế hoạch trên cơ sở thiết kế kỹ thuật
. -Mobilization nhân lực, máy móc xây dựng theo quy hoạch đã được phê duyệt, đảm bảo các yêu cầu kỹ thuật
vực kinh doanh với sự an toàn quy tắc trong lao động và đảm bảo vệ sinh môi trường.
Điều VII: TRÁCH NHIỆM VẬT cHẤT in The THI Of The hỢP đỒNG:
-Nếu các bên thực hiện không đúng theo hợp đồng, không đúng với thỏa thuận về chất lượng, tiến độ dự án, thời hạn thanh toán, bên vi phạm phải chịu phạt theo hợp đồng theo quy định của pháp luật.
-Nếu xây dựng bên B, sửa chữa không đảm bảo chất lượng kỹ thuật của công trình để sửa chữa và xây dựng lại.
-Breach hợp đồng của các bên gây thiệt hại vật chất cho bên kia, sau đó bên vi phạm phải chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường của giá trị thực tế.
Điều VIII: các lực của hợp đồng
hợp đồng thành lập 2 một, mỗi bên giữ 7 bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau
hợp đồng có hiệu lực từ ngày ký.
