1. To oversee the quality assurance

1. To oversee the quality assurance Department and ensure that the QA's system meet up with the demand of company requirement.

2. To ensure the product quality meets buyer specification and requirement

3. To monitor the quality assurance activities and to ensure effectiveness of the system.

4. To be able to organize and direct QA team to the right dicrection of thinking and planning in term of quality.

5. To ensure the ISO 9001 quality management system are being implemented within the company for continual improvement PDCA.

6. To cultivate best practice using the right measurent from TCT methodology to measure quality performance.

7. To ensure effective planning through better coordination and communication with production in order to anticipate problem

8. To motivate and lead the team to achieve hight FPY/LAR and low OQL as part of company objective.

9. To follow up any abnormal issue or urgent mater and report to superior with solution in speedily manner.

10. To empower job responsibilities through better training of the subordinates and effective management skill.

11. To oversee and part of steering committee for ISO 9001Department and carrying out the quality management system of ISO.

12. To ensure staff at all level and function within the department aware, trained and commited to integrated management system.

13. To create total factory quality awareness from time to time.

14. To Initiate NCRB/stop production for any major issue within his discretion.

15. To reduce cost of quality include any rework, any claim and any second grade garments.

16. To conduct investigation of cunstomer complaints on product and see remedial measures were taken promptly.

17. Ensure that all the activities to be introduced or carried out by good - self and subordinates compliance to legal requirements and company objectives with respect to environment requirement.

18. Any other duties as may be assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•Qualification & Experience Required

Higher diploma or at least 5 years related experience and/or training of equivalent combination of education and experience.
Diploma / Degree in quality / Production / manufacturing / Statistical Management.
Preferably hands on experiences in garments industry.

1. Ability to read and interpret all internal / External quality documents.( records / manuals ect)
2. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
3. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organisation.

Communication skills
1. Ability to communicate effectively at all level internally within organization and externally within all factories

Problem solving skills
1. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout instructions furnished in oral , written , or diagram form.
2. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardisation situations.
