Tina718 Avril Original Indigo are done 7.200 pcs and Original Light Indigo are finished 7.200 pcs that mean the first shipment are finished to pack and ship on 28th July ex- Vietnam. Please understand that we change washing process on denim fabric when the goods are in the middle of process that is very risky. In addition, when we got your info about new washing requirement, all Indigo garments are finishing 2.500 pcs and 5.000pcs are done hand sand and bleaching process that could not revise anymore and Light indigo are finished washing around 500 pcs and I kept the production around 4 days and have to run after 4 days because Bruce said they need to ship on 28th July. In addition, If I stop production, the other brands will come input.


Tina709 Would you guys concern that we do risky if we change anything on products at this moment ?

1. Washing adjustment will damage your measurement and fit because denim shrinkage is definitely different from different washing process. Now you change washing effect on garment, I need to undo new washing process and do testing shrinkage again for whole bulk fabric and do PTN again to achieve your measure sheet then cutting and sewing again. Please understand this is denim fabric, not non denim.

2. We already cut all 3 color for first shipment, 4000 pcs for Indigo and Light indigo are sewed and 3000 pcs are washed (2500 pcs Indigo and 500 pcs Light indigo). If I use finished sewing garments to wash in your new washing requirement. it will damage your measurement and fit. Could you agree ?

3. How about TNA is with changing washing process?
