Hi John, SMS went to the subject site and found that a new school was constructed. Mike is out huntin and I'm covering for him.

SMS is proposing a new location as you can see from below and from the attachments.

You also have an RFP for QA support at this same site. Can you advise whether the new location is owned by the Gov of Vietnam and if there are any concerns? Thank you.

We took a site survey of this site yesterday 09 Aug 2016 and we found some updating things as following:
- The Quang Hai kindergarten's name rightly is Viet Quang Hai kindergarten.
- There is a new 06 classroom building was built in September 2015, sponsored by The Bank of Vietnamese Government. It is enough classrooms for Quang Hai kindergarten now. Please see the attachment.
- Quang Hai's principal and local authority suggested to build a new 04 classroom building at the point (branch) of Quang Hai kindergarten, name Viet Van classroom building. This location away from Quang Hai kindergarten about 1.5 km. They said it is necessary to have classrooms at Viet Van, to service about 100 kids who living around Viet Van, it is to far for kid to walk from Viet Van to Quang Hai kindergarten. Please see the attachment.

We would like to have two questions:
1. Do we need to propose for Quang Hai kindergarten as the RFP ?
2. Do we need to propose for Viet Van classroom as 02 story building, 04 classrooms and other requirements as per the RFP ?

- Gốc và quyền địa phương Quảng Hải đề nghị xây dựng một tòa nhà 04 phòng học mới tại các điểm (chi nhánh) của trường mẫu giáo Quang Hải, tên Việt Văn xây dựng lớp học. Vị trí này cách xa Quang Hai mẫu giáo khoảng 1,5 km. Họ nói rằng nó là cần thiết để có lớp học tại Việt Văn, để phục vụ khoảng 100 con người sống xung quanh Việt Văn, đó là để xa cho đứa trẻ phải đi bộ từ Việt Văn học mẫu giáo Quang Hải.
