Research approach includes deductive approach and inductive approach. Firstly, deductive approach can understand reasoning from the particular to the general. If a causal relationship or link was implied by a particular theory or case example, it might be true in many cases (Gulati, 2009).

On the other hands, inductive approach often begin with detail observation of the world and then it moves toward more abstract generalisation and ideas. Other ways, when a reseacher using inductive approach to begin with a topic, they nedd to develop empirical generalisations and identify preliminary relationships by following his research (Neuman, 2003).
