RESPONSIBILITY
Upon completion of this 3-month internship, the incumbent will be able to do the followings:
• Understand a complete spectrum of compensation and benefits being offered in an international company.
• Understand and experience the practical operations of many core HR processes in relation to employee life cycle.
• Experience project based works (from planning, budgeting to actual organizations and feedback).
• Learn and practice HR principles and procedures related to compensations & benefit management.
• Experience a highly fast-paced international working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3rd or 4th year students in relevant major with an interest in Human Resources.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (both speaking and writing skills).
• Basic knowledge about Labor code and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Careful, highly attentive to details, good sense of confidentiality.
• Customer oriented and con-do attitude.
