• Incident/ accident investigation (report). All managers of each department need to make reports of happened incidents as well as accidents. Furthermore, the company should create a procedure of reporting, investigating in hazards and also the circumstances that caused the incidents/accidents. Hue Brewery has to investigate carefully and correctly to prevent the routine of risks. Its will helps every department avoid risks that occurred before as well as take more carefulness about the hazards.
• Consultation and training should be provided for all staffs. Thus, it will help them to identify and focus on hazards with more ease. Then, the hazards in workplace can decrease as staffs can protect themselves once they have good knowledge and awareness.
