After Hue Brewery implements change

After Hue Brewery implements changes in technology, culture, structure and environment. These changes will affect to many factors such as shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and so on. So company needs to have plans to solve this problem.
Ethical consideration: This will include an assessment can change moral communities throughout the plan.
Shareholders: they are people who have a stake in the company, so they may participate in the activities of the company; they have the right to contribute ideas for the company's activities.
Members/employees: they are who implementing the plan of the company, so the company should care them. Hue Brewery staffs need training to adapt to new environments, to facilitate better employee.
Customer: when Hue Brewery changes new market, they will have been more new customers, so company needs have to research customer needs to meet their needs, attract more customers in the Vietnam market.
Suppliers: Hue Brewery needs to create good relationships with suppliers in Vietnam; they need to take out appropriate policies to attract providers to meet the needs of suppliers in Vietnam.
Public relationship: Company needs to focus on the community, they need to create good image in the community by organizing a charity activities.
Environment: Hue Brewery needs to ensure the company's activities do not cause adverse impacts on the environment; it will ensure safety environmental and company.
