I will start to introduce about source of Lemon. Then I will look at composed of lemon. And finally I'll talk to you about benefits and harms of lemon
Firstly,I’m going to fill you in on the history of lemon. Source of Lemon is native to Italy. In 1908, Frank N.Meyer who first introduced it to the USA. Now adays lemon is used widely. Secondly, I will lock at element is: Glucozamin, axit axetic, axit citric, vitamin C, vitamin E,vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2,protein, water, photpho lipit, cacbohidrat, ribo flavin, sodium, potassium, calcium,…
As you all know, Lemon has many roles. And next I would like to talk about some of the benefits of lemon:
Lemon is used medicine: Lemon oil may be used in aromatherapy. Lemon oil aroma does not influence the human immune system, but may enhance mood. The low pH of juice makes it antibacterial, and in India, the lemon is used in Indian traditional medicines.
Lemon As a cleaning agent: The juice of the lemon may be used for cleaning. A halved lemon dipped in salt or baking powder is used to brighten copper cookware.
Lemon help aids digestion: Lemon juice flushes out unwanted materials and toxins from the body. It’s atomic composition is similar to saliva and the hydrochloric acid of digestive juices. It encourages the liver to produce bile which is an acid that is required for digestion.
Freshens Breath: Besides fresher breath, lemons have been known to help relieve tooth pain and gingivitis
Aids in Weight Loss: Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps fight hunger cravings. Do you drink warm lemon water every morning? What are your favorite benefits? I always zest my lemons before I juice them for my daily warm lemon water. Well, I’ve told you about function lemon.
