Each Party shall use reasonable end

Each Party shall use reasonable endeavours to achieve the objectives set out in this Letter. In support of the spirit of this Letter, both Parties agree to foster a positive working and business relationship and undertake to avoid actions that may undermine the interests of any or both Parties.
