Following up on our site discussion

Following up on our site discussion with your design & project team on 24 October 2016 to 27 October 2016.

We shall summarised in brief on the important issues of what had been discussed:-

1) Submission of shopdrawing & method statement (critical ) for the following by 2 November 2016

a) Sandwich panel roof for primary & secondary roof installation works for Inbound / outbound Warehouses & Production Tower
b) Sandwich panel wall installation for Annex Building & Production tower
c) Catwalk platform installation detail for air-conditions system
d) Glass panel & glass door installation at Office building
e) Method statement for Biomin Log installation works at Production Tower
f) Glass panel & sliding doors installation @ main entrance wind porch (initial PVC sliding door at front entrance have been replaced to sliding type that are similar to Binh Duong)
g) Lift installation works at production tower
h) Detailing on structure works for primary roof extension for inbound / outbound warehouses & production tower endorsed by Civil structural engineer.
i) Method statement for dismantling works to existing timber windows at office block as we need to recycle for usage at other area
j) New windows installation works including application of anti-rust treatment paint
k) Metal sheet cladding installation to existing wall of inbound / outbound warehouses
l) Any other materials to be submitted

2) Outstanding submission of Materials / Product that require long time for delivery including critical path for high bay warehouse by 3 November 2016

a) Speed shutter door at High bay warehouses, inbound & outbound warehouses.
b) Lift Car complete with shopdrawing at production tower
c) Carpet tiles (600x600) equivalent to interface brand at staff room & meeting rooms in office block
d) HD screed for inbound / outbound warehouse & high bay warehouse.
e) Stainless steel mesh screen for anti-rodent & pest to underneath between bearing parapet wall at Annex building & all secondary roof at Inbound / Outbound Warehouse & Production Tower
f) Metal sheet cladding for / to existing wall of inbound / outbound warehouses including colour card for selection

3) Overall comment on the Design Engineering:-

a) Architectural issues - To be in order for our review on site by 2 November 2016
- To provide all necessary detailing, elevations & section view of all confirmed layout of what had been discussed including amendment of layout for pump house & water tank that shall be reconstruct.
- To provide the interior design concept (at least 2 options) to following area for our selection
. Main foyer area (near main entrance) in Office building
. Kitchen area (Pantry) at 1st level in Office building
. Kitchen at staff canteen including proper shelter for cooking area
- Colour scheme for internal painting (to follow back existing)

b) Structural Issue
1) Annex Building
- To provide addition reinforcement bearing parapet wall (height - 1.5m) on top / along of B1 (ground beam) to act as crash barrier & support for the sandwich panel wall. Kindly check on the amended drawing by Architect as there are also changes on the column location.

- To design a reinforcement bearing parapet wall (approx - 1.1m high) on both side of the recess (maintaining the width of the recess) leading toward annex building as enclosed highlighted in yellow.
