6. Purpose: to work on the waist line for increasing the arch in the lower back.Execution:a. Sit with legs crossed on the floor with the right foot inside, left foot outside. Place right foot over the left thigh close to the crease between thigh and torso. Then, bring the left foot over the right leg and place it on the right thigh close to the crease between thigh and torso (lotus position used in Yoga).b. From siting position rise up on knees using arms for support, walking forward on hands till prone posture is achieved, head resting on floor, arms resting at sides.c. Place palm on floor under shoulders. Lift head, chest and waist by walking hands back to waist. The back should be arched thus stretching the waist. Figure 27
