A copy of ABC Healthcare’s drug list (formulary) can also be found on ABC Healthcare’s website at (www.ABCHealthcare.com). ABC Healthcare values your health. Please call your Primary Care Physician (PCP), also known as a personal doctor, as soon as possible to schedule an appointment for you and/or your children for your first checkup. This first checkup should be done by your PCP within 120 days (4 months) of the date you became an ABC Healthcare member or within timelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics for children ages 2 and younger, whichever is less. If you have questions about this first checkup you may also call ABC Healthcare’s Member Services Department.
We have done everything we can to make sure there is no break in your medical care or choice of doctor. We hope that you are pleased with the doctor you are assigned to. If you prefer to choose a new doctor for yourself or your child(ren) please contact our Member Services Department at 1-000 222-3214.
